    Household Assistance :

    • → Perform light cleaning tasks, including making beds, tidying rooms, and managing laundry.
    • → Prepare and serve meals, assisting with feeding when necessary.
    • → Ensure safe and hygienic handling of personal and household items.

    Administrative Responsibilities :

    • → Maintain accurate and up-to-date care records, including daily logs and medication forms.

    • → Collaborate with the Care Supervisor to maintain a reliable and professional team of support workerdfor our service users.
    • → Use excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills to manage challenges under pressure.
    • → Plan, organise, and allocate support workerdwith the appropriate skills and experience to deliver outstanding care tailored to each customer’s needs.
    • → Prepare and manage care assistant rotas, minimising changes to schedules and reducing travel between service users' homes.
    • → Respond promptly and efficiently to day-to-day adjustments in care and support packages.

    Customer Engagement :

    • → Build and maintain positive relationships with service users, their families, the local commissioning team, and the care team.
    • → Accept referrals and place care visits accordingly

    • → Collaborate with the Care Coordinator to match service users with support workers who possess the necessary skills, knowledge, and attributes to deliver exceptional care.
    • → Introduce support workers to service users and maintain consistent communication to keep service users informed of any changes.
    • → Build trusting relationships with service users, their families, staff members, and external professionals like district nurses, GPs, and occupational therapists.
